Returns & Exchanges:
Collars - We guarantee our collars against any manufacturing defects. Please inspect your collar immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any defects, contact us immediately to receive a replacement collar at no charge to you. You will receive your replacement after returning the unused collar to us.
Normal wear & tear does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. Returns and exchanges are not covered from excessive tugging, pulling, biting, scratching and rough play from your dog.

Treats - Treats are generally non-refundable. Please contact us and we will determine each case on an individual basis.**

Where do I find your products?

Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy your products?
No! If you do not have a Paypal account you can simply use your credit cards to make your purchase. We still have Paypal process the credit cards so that your information stays secure.
I have a coupon code, how do I redeem it?
After you have registered and signed it, you are ready to checkout. There is a box to enter your promo or coupon code and your cart will be adjusted. If you have any problems using your codes, please contact us and we will adjust your order.

Yes! We donate baskets of treats, collars, leashes & other items to non-profit agencies and benefits. Please contact us if you would like a donation. We get a lot of requests and do not always have items available, but we will consider each request.
