It is our policy to use your information for the purpose of completing your order. We will never sell your information to anyone for any reason. Your information will be shared with limited companies to complete your billing and ship your product. When you authorize payment and shipping, you authorize those companies to use your information for completing your order. Your information will remain private within our company. Orders are secure and encrypted so your financial and personal information is always safe.

Return Policy - Collars

Collars with manufacturing defects may be returned for a full refund or exchanged at no cost to the buyer - once the collar is returned and a determination is made that it is indeed a defect. We pride ourselves on making high quality collars that are strong and can endure elements and withstand some rough play and tugging. Of course there is always a chance that a toenail, tooth or another object can damage a collar, so we ask you that you thoroughly inspect your collars for any defects before using them.

Most of our collars will fit necks between 15"-19", covering a wide range of sizes. If you are unsure of the size your hound should wear - please measure your dog first! If a collar is exchanged for size, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and any difference in price for the new collar and an $8 restocking fee. If you are unsure how to measure your hound for a martingale collar please email us for instructions.

Collars have many different colors and patterns and may vary slightly by color because of dyes in the webbing or fabric. If a collar is not what you expect please email or call and each case will be determined individually. You may or may not be required to pay a restocking fee and shipping.

Because collars are constructed individually based on orders and depending on supply, it may take up to 2 weeks before your collar ships.

Return Policy - Treats

It is normally our policy not to accept returns or exchanges on treats. If you have any problem please email or call and each case will be determined individually.

Coupon Policy

We offer numerous coupons and discounts to a variety of people and organizations. Each coupon will have an expiration date, coupon code to enter or automatic free shipping if your order qualifies. If you have any problems with your coupon code not working or any other problems, please call or email us immediately and we will fix the error or adjust your order so that you are properly discounted.

If you know an organization that needs donations for raffles, adoptions or anything other types of donations; please email the details to us and we will do our best to help out.

FAQ'S

What methods of payments do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through Paypal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to order, you may use your credit card and Paypal will process your payment without an account.

How is my order shipped and what is the cost?

We offer a variety of shipping including UPS, Priority Flat Rate and USPS. Cost will vary depending on your choice of shipping and the amount of your order.

Can I wash my collars?

With so many varieties of collars it is hard to give a simple yes or no. The best washing advice would be to use a damp rag or tide stain remover stick to gently clean your collar. Collars must be air dried and NEVER placed in dryer. Do not dry or store collars in direct sunlight.

How long before I receive my collar?

When we receive your order, we go to work designing your collar. With so many varieties and options for collars we cannot keep every collar in stock. Therefore, it may take 10-14 days to construct and ship your collar. If we can get your collar finished in less time we will.

Do you make custom dog collars?

Absolutely! We love new ideas and enjoy making fun and creative collars. If you would like a custom collar please email us and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

How long before I receive my dog treats?

Dog treats are always made fresh so depending on how many orders we receive at a time, it may take up 3-5 days to bake, package and ship your treats. Please note* your treats will NOT sit 3-5 days, the second they are baked, cooled, decorated and set, they will be packaged and shipped.

What ingredients are in your treats?

We only use normal baking ingredients such as flour, peanut butter, carob, eggs and cheese. None of our ingredients are processed, and we do not add preservatives. Each package of treats will come with an ingredients list.

Do you offer Gluten free products?

We are in the process of creating some great gluten free products and will update as we have them available.
